Digital Delivery Policy

Eyvette’s Heirloom currently offers custom digital heirloom products only. No physical product will be shipped or mailed.

Digital Delivery

Completed heirlooms are delivered electronically as high-resolution PNG and JPEG files after the customer has reviewed and approved the final draft.

Turnaround Time

Single Classic Heirlooms and single Memory Recipe Heirlooms have a target turnaround time of up to 3 business days after all required customer materials have been received.

Five Recipe Family Heirloom Collections and Five Recipe Memory Heirloom Collections have a target turnaround time of up to 7 business days after all required customer materials have been received.

Because draft review and approval are part of the creation process, final delivery timing may depend on how quickly the customer provides required materials and responds to the draft.

No Shipping Charges

Because all current Eyvette’s Heirloom products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping charges and no physical delivery is required.
