Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy
At Eyvette’s Heirloom, each custom heirloom is created especially for you using the family recipes, photographs, memories, and other materials you provide. Because of the personalized nature of our work, the following return, cancellation, and refund policy applies.
Custom Digital Heirlooms
Because custom digital heirlooms are personalized products created specifically for each customer, they are not eligible for return or refund once design or restoration work has begun.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If work has not yet begun, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your cancellation request.
Draft Review & Approval
A draft of your custom heirloom will be provided for your review before the final digital files are delivered. This gives you an opportunity to request reasonable corrections and confirm that your heirloom is ready for final delivery.
Once you approve the final draft and the completed digital files are delivered, the order is considered complete and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Original Handwriting & Customer Materials
We take great care to preserve the authentic handwriting and character of the materials you provide. Restoration may include reducing stains, discoloration, background damage, or other distractions when possible.
We will not invent, guess, or reconstruct missing or illegible recipe words, ingredients, quantities, temperatures, instructions, or other information that cannot reasonably be determined from the original material.
The quality of the completed restoration may depend on the quality and condition of the photographs, scans, recipes, and other materials supplied by the customer.
Problems With Your Order
Your family memories are important to us. If there is a problem with your order or you believe you received something different from what you approved, please contact us so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
